Arch Autenreith

Arch was first introduced to the tree care industry in the summer of 2007, before graduating from North Allegheny High School in 2008. He continued working in tree care through college, and graduated cum laude from Slippery Rock University in 2012 with a degree in history, and a minor in Spanish. After graduation, Arch continued working in the arboriculture field in order to follow his passion of climbing trees, and developing an increasing interest in proper tree care. He has been an ISA Certified Arborist since 2015.

With over 16 years of experience within the industry, Arch has held a variety of positions including production arborist, sales representative, trainer, safety coordinator for industry events, competitor/judge/volunteer at tree climbing competitions, product development with arborist supply companies, and has served on the board of directors (currently involved with committees) of the regional Penn Del chapter of the International Society of Arboriculture.

These variety of experiences have allowed Arch to network with some of the best experts within the industry, in order to develop some of the most effective and progressive tree care services for the Pittsburgh region. Continuing education and a passion for tree care and ecology keeps him engaged within the industry, in order to provide proper tree care to the best of his abilities.

Arch lives in McCandless with his wife Alyssa, their three children Carson, Jackson, and Lincoln, and their loyal Boston Terrier Pipsqueak. He enjoys spending time with his family, time spent outdoors (including hiking and backpacking), and learning about ecology

Kinsey Miller

Certified Arborist, Climbing Production Arborist

Kinsey has been working with Northwood Tree Care since Spring 2021 and is an ISA Certified Arborist and plant healthcare technician.

After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania in 2016 with a degree in Environmental Studies, Kinsey followed a passion for nature to the urban forestry industry. Kinsey discovered the tree care industry over 4 years ago after expressing an interest in learning to care for mature trees and has been climbing and pruning ever since!

Kinsey is passionate about safely providing quality tree care rooted in scientific research and continues to learn industry best practices to ensure a high level of care for each tree touched!

Kinsey resides in Pittsburgh city proper and enjoys exploring the city, swing dancing, and many outdoor activities.

Eric Sease

Certified Arborist, Climbing Production Arborist, Tree Care Advisor

Eric has been working with Northwood Tree Care for over 2 years in multiple roles as an ISA Certified Arborist, production arborist, and tree care advisor!

Fueled by a love of the outdoors and an interest in ecology, Eric has been involved with the green industry for nearly a decade. He has previously worked in sustainable landscape installation, permaculture installation, agriculture, and orchard management.

After moving to Western Pennsylvania from Texas in 2019, Eric developed an interest in arboriculture, and has been involved with the industry since 2021.

As a certified arborist and plant healthcare specialist, Eric brings a big picture approach to the diagnosis and care of trees. Thoughtful consideration of the surrounding environment and local ecology allows Eric to develop recommendations that meet tree care objectives, while still fulfilling his passion for environmental care.

While Eric climbs more trees than rocks these days, he is also an experienced rock climber and outdoors enthusiast. Eric lives in Brighton Heights with his wife, Liz, and their 2 dogs, Khyper and Cowboy
